That address reaches the person who writes the app. There is no support team and no ticketing system, so please be patient — but every message is read.

What to write about

Something is broken. Bug reports are welcome. Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is something you can reproduce, the steps help enormously.
A feature you want. The app has grown almost entirely from what the group using it actually asked for, so suggestions genuinely do get built.
Setting up a group. If you run a casual football, five-a-side or other recreational sports group and want to use the app, get in touch and we can set one up.
Your data. Corrections, removals, or any question about what is stored and why.

Data protection requests

For anything covered by UK GDPR — access, correction, erasure, objection, portability — email the same address with your name and the group you belong to.

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete it within 30 days. Requests to remove your name from a group's match history are handled by anonymisation rather than deletion, so the group's results stay intact while nothing in them identifies you.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security problem — a way to read or change data you should not be able to — please email rather than posting publicly, and include enough detail to reproduce it. Reports are taken seriously and acted on quickly.
