Every player in the group, ranked by rating. The rating is an Elo score — the same idea chess uses — rescaled to a 0–100 range so it reads like a rating rather than a four-digit number.
How to read it
A player's rating goes up when their team wins and down when it loses, but the size of the move depends on context. Beating a much stronger team moves the needle a long way; beating a much weaker one barely moves it at all. Margin of victory counts, but with a cap, so a freak 10–0 does not distort a season. New players move faster than established ones, because there is more to learn about them — after about twenty games a rating settles down and stops swinging on single results.
The point of doing it this way is that a player who keeps ending up on losing teams full of strong players is not punished for it, and a player who wins a lot alongside the best player in the group does not get credit that belongs to someone else. Win percentage alone cannot tell those apart. That is the whole reason the column exists next to it — compare the two and the gap is usually the interesting part.
